YouTube Channel Finder: Qualified Creator Leads by Niche and Market

This YouTube channel finder searches public YouTube data by niche, keyword, language and country, then returns one row per qualified channel with upload cadence, recent median views, engagement, format mix, a ranked score and any business contact the creator lists publicly in the channel description. It is made for influencer agencies, brands, sponsors, affiliate teams and SaaS companies that need a short, checked list of active creators to contact rather than a raw dump of channel links.

What people use it for

Sponsor shortlist for a product launch

Enter your product category as a niche, pick the languages you sell in and set a subscriber range that fits your budget. Sort by score, export the rows to a spreadsheet and review the top channels by recent median views and upload rate before you reach out.

French-speaking creators worldwide

Select French as the language, leave countries empty and keep worldwide language mode on, so creators from France, Canada, Belgium or elsewhere are all included. Use the declaredCountry and inferredCountries fields afterwards to split the list by market if needed.

Contact-ready outreach list

Choose the contact_ready preset so only channels with a publicly listed business email, website or social profile are delivered. Each contact comes with the source URL, so your team can check where it was published before adding it to a CRM.

Agency client pitch

Run several niches and markets in one job, exclude channels or keywords the client does not want, and filter out creators who have not uploaded in the last 90 days. Bring the opportunityReasons text into the pitch deck to show why each creator was picked.

Who it is for

  • Influencer agencies building creator shortlists for a client campaign in a given niche and language
  • Brands and sponsors looking for channels that still upload regularly and get recent views
  • B2B SaaS and affiliate teams searching for creators who cover their software category
  • Talent managers and recruiters scouting growing channels in a set audience-size range
  • Service providers who sell to YouTubers and want a qualified list with public contact sources

How to run it

  1. Open the YouTube Channel Finder actor page on Apify and sign in to your Apify account.
  2. Pick a preset (quick_leads, qualified_shortlist or contact_ready) and add one or more niches or search queries.
  3. Choose languages and, if needed, countries, a subscriber range, a recent upload window and a view threshold.
  4. Set the maximum number of qualified channels you want, then run the actor.
  5. Open the Dataset tab to review the creators and export them as CSV, JSON or Excel, or pull them through the Apify API.

Pricing

You pay per result, through your Apify account: $18.00 per 1,000 results at the time of writing (2026-11-08). No subscription to this actor. Apify's free plan includes monthly platform credit, enough to test it. The current price is always the one shown on the Apify page.

Questions

Is it legal to collect YouTube creator data for outreach?

The actor reads public channel data through the official YouTube Data API and only keeps contacts that creators chose to publish in their channel description. It does not sign in, bypass CAPTCHAs, guess email patterns or reveal YouTube's protected business email. You are still responsible for following privacy and anti-spam rules such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM when you contact people.

Can it find a YouTuber's email address?

Only if the creator wrote a business email in their public channel description. YouTube's hidden business email is not exposed by the API and is not returned. When no public contact exists, the row says so in the warnings instead of inventing one.

How much does it cost to find YouTube influencers with this tool?

Pricing is pay per event: you pay for each qualified channel written to the dataset, from $0.018 per channel on the Apify Free plan down to $0.0126 on Diamond. Channels that are filtered out are not charged, and there is a small run-start fee of $0.00005. Platform usage is included in that price.

Do I need a list of channel URLs to start?

No. You can start from niches or search keywords and the actor finds candidates itself. Channel URLs are optional if you also want specific channels checked against your filters.

What export formats are available?

Results land in an Apify Dataset, which you can download as CSV, JSON, Excel, XML or RSS. You can also read them through the Apify API or send them to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, n8n or a CRM.

What are the limits of one run?

A single run can deliver up to 200 channels, uses at most 40 search calls and analyzes between 3 and 20 recent videos per channel. Duplicates are removed within a run, but a separate run can return the same channel again and charge it again. Some metrics such as subscribers or engagement can be null when YouTube hides them.

Why do some channels have no country or language?

Country and language depend on what the channel publishes and on the sampled videos, so they are not always available. The actor keeps a confidence value for each and lists warnings rather than filling the gap with a guess.
